Consultoría y Servicios de Valoración, known by its acronym CSV, is a private firm operating in the valuation of many types of assets — in particular real estate (houses, retail units, offices, industrial buildings, land), as well as machinery, vehicles, inventory and others. In every assignment our aim is to provide a valuation of the asset based on objective, systematic analysis and professional judgement.
CSV is well established in the Bolivian market, delivering work subject to strict follow-up controls in line with the requirements of the banking system, and providing data that supports the analysis carried out by banks and the courts. It also provides support services such as construction monitoring to verify building costs, inventory tracking for institutions for the valuation and revaluation of their assets, real estate management advice to construction companies, and specific professional services for individuals.
CSV is not linked to financial institutions or to business, industrial or other groups, and does not act as a real estate intermediary, so it carries out its activity with complete independence of judgement.
