Before issue, every report is reviewed on five fronts: technical and methodological, arithmetic, spelling, photographic and documentary traceability.
Automation with professional review
Our tools speed up the reading of legal documentation, the adjustment of comparables and the calculations for the various valuation methods: comparative, cost, residual, income capitalisation and hedonic models, among others. Every result is reviewed and signed off by a valuer.

An app that organises the valuer’s daily inspection schedule, with map location and directions. On site it records, in a structured way, the surroundings and utilities, document checks, construction characteristics by block, room layout by floor and the photographic record — information that feeds directly into the preparation of the report.
CSVComps: comparable capture
An app our team uses to record market comparables as soon as they find them: photograph, map location, asset type and notes. Each record is sent to CSV’s server, where it is verified and added to the market database.
